PRODUCT WARRANTY SUMMARY

All products purchased from Air Ride Equipment will be covered exactly as each manufacturer individually outlines per unique part number and brand. Typically air suspension individual parts, managements, air struts and compressors have a 12 month limited warranty against any manufacturing defects. All warranty approvals come directly from the manufacturer and must fall under their individual guidelines. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs when sending in parts for warranty. In most cases the manufacturer pays for the return shipping or pays to ship the new product to the customer or both.

 

In most cases providing a simple description and picture with proof of purchase from Air Ride Equipment directly to the manufacture is the easiest and quickest way to process a warranty.
