The installation warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship, also known as parts and labor, other than normal wear/tear and has no time limit to make a claim although warranty on parts usually does not exceed further than 3 years from original installation date. Our installation warranty continues past the manufacturer’s warranty limits. If a product has been discontinued and is no longer available, the warranty may last a more limited period due to inability to acquire part.
HOW DO I PROCESS AN INSTALLATION WARRANTY?

All installations require a $1000 deposit that will be honored indefinitely and will not expire although installation deposits are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellations or rescheduling prior to 10 days of scheduled installation will result in a 25% forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling within 10 days of the scheduled installation will result in a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.
