INSTALLATION WARRANTY

The installation warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship, also known as parts and labor, other than normal wear/tear and has no time limit to make a claim although warranty on parts usually does not exceed further than 1 year from original installation date. In some cases our installation extended warranty continues past the manufacturer’s warranty limits. If a product has been discontinued and is no longer available, the warranty may last a more limited period due to inability to acquire part. Warranty approval remains solely the discretion of Air Ride Equipment. Parts must be in original installation configuration, never modified or removed. 

HOW DO I PROCESS AN INSTALLATION WARRANTY?

INSTALLATION DEPOSITS

All installations require a $1000-$1500 deposit that will be honored indefinitely and will not expire although installation deposits are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING 

Rescheduling prior to 10 days of scheduled installation will result in a 25% forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling within 10 days of the scheduled installation will result in a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.
